  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chairman, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations to ensure efficient communication.
  • Act as a liaison between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships.
  • Conduct research and compile data to assist in decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
  • Organize board meetings and events, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
  • Monitor and prioritize requests and tasks to align with the Chairman's objectives.

Requirements:

  • Must have 12 to 15 years of relevant experience
  • Asian Nationality, Male
  • Must have Qatar Driving license
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Must have a postgraduate degree in Business Administration or Office management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage schedules effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or other office software is crucial.
