Receptionist Responsibilities

Customer Service

  • Greeting and welcoming: Greet members and guests warmly and professionally.
  • Membership inquiries: Handle inquiries about membership packages, pricing, and benefits.
  • Check-ins and check-outs: Efficiently check members in and out of the studio.
  • Problem resolution: Address any issues or concerns raised by members or guests.

Administrative Tasks

  • Scheduling: Manage class schedules, appointments, and reservations.
  • Payments: Process payments for memberships, classes, and merchandise.
  • Data entry: Maintain accurate records of member information, attendance, and transactions.
  • Inventory management: Monitor and restock supplies as needed.

Facility Management

  • Front desk maintenance: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Security: Ensure the safety and security of the studio and its members.
  • Equipment maintenance: Assist with minor equipment maintenance or report issues to appropriate staff.

Marketing and Sales

  • Promotions: Promote studio events, promotions, and membership upgrades.
  • Sales support: Assist with membership sales and renewals.
