About the job HR Benefits Officer (10 Months Contract)
- The job requires interacting closely with management on all matters pertaining to benefit policies and their implementation.
- Examine the medical insurance proposals of employees in various countries and prepare the relevant documentation for management approval.
- Propose life insurance for employees in accordance with the provisions of each country's local labor law and market practice.
- Review the proposal for company car as per the company policy.
- Review and make suggestions for company accommodation of posted staff based on market trends.
- Review and recommend outstation employees' children's education allowances based on their position
- Interpret benefit policies and procedures to answer employee concerns and address difficulties.
- Establishes and maintains working connections with benefit providers and other internal departments to expedite the delivery of benefits.
- Prepares the benefits and department operational budgets, schedule expenditures, analyze deviations, and take corrective action to meet financial goals.
- Review and recommend any alternative benefits plans that may be necessary for employees based on the tasks they are responsible for.
- Update the tracker of benefits reviews
- Keep the benefit section of the pay matrix updated.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent
- Experienced - minimum 2 years of job-related experience required
- Working knowledge of HR / management preferably in Airline industry or Healthcare Company.
- Proven experience in demonstrating flexibility to meet the changing demands of the business.

- Excellent English language skills, both spoken and writing.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/tasks.
- Sound judgement, good problem solving and analytical skills.
