Position Overview: Manage the front desk at the head office, handle incoming calls, greet and assist visitors, and perform general administrative duties. Ensure a welcoming environment for guests and efficient communication within the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the front desk, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Handle all incoming calls, redirecting them as necessary, and taking messages when required.
- Greet and assist visitors, providing them with appropriate information and support.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow within the office.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Requirements:
- Preference for Filipino candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Customer-service oriented attitude.
