Position Overview: Manage the front desk at the head office, handle incoming calls, greet and assist visitors, and perform general administrative duties. Ensure a welcoming environment for guests and efficient communication within the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the front desk, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Handle all incoming calls, redirecting them as necessary, and taking messages when required.
  • Greet and assist visitors, providing them with appropriate information and support.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow within the office.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Requirements:

  • Preference for Filipino candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Customer-service oriented attitude.
