- Responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive career development programs and initiatives to support the growth and progression of technical professionals within the organization.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify development needs, create customized development plans, and deliver targeted learning opportunities.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Requirements:
- 10+ years extensive experience in designing and implementing comprehensive career development programs and initiatives preferably in the Defense sector
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., L&D, Organizational Development, or a technical discipline). A Master's degree is a plus.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, competencies, and career paths within the organization.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other e-learning platforms.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of career development programs.
- Professional certifications related to career development, coaching, or training are desirable.
