Job Objective:
Coordinate all Manpower Planning activities effectively by providing administrative and analytical support to ensure it meets the annual objectives of the function.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or in any discipline
Minimum Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in Manpower Planning function within HR department for an organization of a similar scale
