  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
  • 12 to 15 years experience in managing projects in the Oil & Gas industry with similar scope of services.
  • GCC experience in the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Must demonstrates substantial previous experience executing offshore EPC projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and PMP certification.
  • Expertise in budget management, resource planning, and cost control for shutdowns.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, SAP).
  • Chartered Professional Engineer status or membership with a recognized engineering body (e.g., PMP, CEng, AACE).
  • Familiarity with shutdown-specific tools for scheduling, procurement, and tracking.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of shutdown projects while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Oversee resource management, ensuring adequate allocation of manpower, equipment, and materials.
  • Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets, ensuring effective cost control and mitigating financial risks.
  • Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of shutdown activities.
  • Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement corrective actions.
  • Enforce compliance with HSE policies and lead safety meetings.
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
  • Maintain communication with clients, management, and stakeholders, providing regular progress updates.
  • Ensure adherence to quality assurance processes and vendor management.
  • Prepare regular reports and maintain project documentation.
