About the job Admin Manager
- Any Bachelor degree.
- Must have GCC experience.
- Must have experience from Holding Companies.
- Minimum 15 of total experience of which 10+ years in similar role.
- Manage and streamline administrative processes while ensuring the confidentiality of all business operations.
- Handle confidential information, including personnel records, financial data, and strategic plans, with the highest level of security and discretion.
- Coordinate and schedule high-level meetings, maintaining confidentiality of attendees and discussion topics.
- Manage sensitive correspondence and communications on behalf of executive.
- Supervise daily administrative operations and support activities.
- Coordinate with executive management and other departments to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Assist with human resources activities, including payroll and benefits administration.
