Contracts Senior Legal Counsel

Bachelors Law Degree (LL.B) or Juris Doctor (JD)

-A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a legal role, preferably within defense, advance technology, sales and procurements fields and/or investment sector \

or a well-reputed international law firm with focus on defense and/or investment fields

- Masters degree in business law, finance or an MBA with an emphasis on law. Preferred

-At least 10 years of experience in a commercial/contracts capacity within the defense, finance, or investment fields. Preferred

-Expertise in defense, security, procurement, sale, M&A and R&D.

-Knowledge of relevant Intellectual Property laws and corporate governance principles

-Strong understanding of financial instruments, investment strategies

-Mastery in transactional activities

-Proficiency in due diligence processes
