JOB DESCRIPTION:

Arabic Speaker  is mandatory 

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, objectives, and goals.

Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions and processes.

Process Mapping: Create process models, flowcharts, and diagrams to visualize and document current and future business processes.

Solution Design: Work with development teams to design IT solutions that address business needs, ensuring they meet user requirements.

Documentation: Prepare clear and comprehensive documentation, including business requirement documents, use cases, and user stories.

Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams, ensuring a shared understanding of requirements and expectations.

Testing Support: Assist in the development of test cases and user acceptance testing to validate that IT solutions meet business requirements.

Change Management: Collaborate with change management teams to ensure a smooth transition when implementing new systems or processes.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Web Development: Develop and maintain front-end components of websites and web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
