  • Bachelor's Degree in related field. Post-Graduate Qualification in Related Field
  • Must have minimum of 15 years of solid work experience in Contracts Management andAdministration / Management Level / Oil & Gas Industry.
  • CPCM - Certified Professional Contract Manager / CCM - Contract & Commercial
  • Management with strong Contracts Management and Administration experience with company setting in EPIC (Engineering, Procurement, Installation and Commissioning),
  • Sales - Oil & Gas, Shutdown and Manpower Supply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide contracts support to Management Team in the preparation and / or review of contracts / subcontracts / supplier agreements. General contract management &administration duties, including the handling of major change orders, claims and negotiations of EPC, oil & gas and other projects.
  • Support management team in handling major change orders, claims and negotiations of EPC, oil & gas and general projects.
  • Manage the contractual daily requirements and reporting of claim and variation progress.
  • Support development of multiple cost and / or schedule driven contracting scenarios and procurement routes.
  • Promote inter-departmental communications and encourages teamwork.
  • Establishes clear communication with the clients where necessary.
  • Coordinate with clients to ensure that terms of the contract are fulfilled in compliance with the contract terms and regulations.
  • Negotiate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers the terms & conditions of any new agreements to be put in place.
  • Ability to prepare and edit contracts between clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Handle breach of contracts in a timely manner.
  • Assess contract agreements to identify and recommend amendments of existing contracts.
  • Review, respond and negotiate claims and change order requests received from subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Support project teams in the preparation of general correspondence.
