Responsibilities:
- Procurement Operations: Lead and oversee the procurement process for civil engineering projects, including sourcing, vendor selection, and negotiation.
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Vendor Relationship: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors, evaluating performance and ensuring high standards of quality.
- Budget Oversight: Manage procurement budgets effectively, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising project quality.
- Technical Knowledge: Utilize civil engineering expertise to make informed decisions about the procurement of materials and services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in civil engineering projects.
- Proven track record in negotiating and managing contracts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Native Arabic languages for effective communication.
- Office Computer Skills: Proficiency in office software ، (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite And ERP).
- Strong computer skills for data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
