Duration of contract:-1 Year( extendable depending on project and performance)
Oracle EBS Specialist Job Description: Reporting to the Enterprise Applications Manager, the Oracle EBS Specialist will be responsible for business analysis, design, development, deployment, and support of Oracle's EBS modules. This role will focus on implementing, configuring, and maintaining Oracle EBS modules to meet the organization's operational needs. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain Oracle E-Business Suite modules (GL, AR, AP, FA, CM, Procurement, and Inventory). Knowledge of HRMS, Payroll, and Employee Self-Service is a plus.
Assist business departments in meeting their needs through necessary configurations and customizations in EBS.
Configure system settings and design elements.
Understand the interdependencies between Oracle EBS modules.
Assist in the implementation of financial processes and features.
Troubleshoot and resolve module-related issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations.
Participate in testing and user acceptance for new system releases and updates.
Provide training and support to end-users. Develop new reports and customize forms.
Customize workflows as needed. Minimum Requirements/Skills: Minimum of 7 years of experience with Oracle EBS 12.x.
Strong understanding of Oracle EBS, particularly in financial processes and accounting principles.
Proficient in building SQL queries for troubleshooting and support.
Excellent customer interfacing skills; able to communicate effectively with decision[1]makers, business users, and end-users.
Experience with system implementations and upgrades.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
