Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and review of corporate strategy, including operational and sales goals, ensuring alignment with overall strategic direction. This includes setting both short-term and long-term objectives, preparing budgets to support execution, and conducting regular reviews and forecasts.
  • Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key partners and stakeholders, serving as a main point of contact for principal shareholders.
  • Act as the primary spokesperson, ensuring clear, consistent, and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, codes of conduct, quality standards, and ethical guidelines.
  • Oversee all departments, divisions, and personnel within the organizational structure, monitoring daily operations, addressing issues, and implementing appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of regulations and full compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) procedures as an integral part of operations.
  • Prepare and submit periodic and annual performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting key performance indicators.
  • Oversee inventory levels and usage, ensuring proper stock management through coordination with the Head of Operations.
  • Monitor and ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of cash handling processes in coordination with the Head of Operations.
  • Conduct regular meetings with various departments and stakeholders to track progress, resolve issues, and report outcomes to senior leadership.
  • Review both financial and non-financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Promote and reinforce a culture of transparency, accountability, and organizational values, while motivating employees to uphold these principles.
  • Periodically assess the performance of division heads and direct reports against set objectives, identifying opportunities to enhance operational and functional efficiency.
  • Carry out any additional duties as assigned by senior leadership or the governing board.

Job Specifications:

  • Qatari National, Male
  • Bachelor's degree in BA or any related fields.
  • Master of Business Administration or equivalent qualification in relevant field.
  • Proven experience as GM or Director in any production environment
  • Demonstrated leadership experience across business development, operations management and entrepreneurial functions
  • Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
  • Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance etc. Reasonable depth of knowledge in corporate governance and general management practices
  • 'Self-Starter' with strong personal motivation, enthusiasm and perseverance.
