Waiter/Waitress (1 Year Contract)

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
• Present menus, take food and beverage orders, and provide recommendations when requested.
• Serve food and drinks accurately and efficiently following service standards.
• Ensure all orders are correct and delivered to the correct tables.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
• Clear tables, reset them for the next guests, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and handle cash or card transactions.
• Work closely with kitchen to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Must have 2 years of experience as a waiter/waitress.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid QID under family or freelance visa
• Must have a valid Food Handling Certificate
• Must be able to join immediately if selected.
