Investor Relations Manager – Listings

You will be the primary point of contact for listed companies on all IR-related matters. Your role is to raise the standard of IR practice across the exchange, support companies in meeting their disclosure obligations, and attract new listings by showcasing the company's IR ecosystem.

What You Will Do

• Advise listed companies on IR best practices, disclosure requirements, and shareholder communication strategies
• Develop and deliver IR workshops, toolkits, and guidance materials for listed issuers
• Build relationships with CFOs, IR teams, and board secretaries across listed companies
• Support the listings pipeline by engaging prospective issuers on IR readiness
• Coordinate with regulators, PR firms, and financial advisors on IR best practices
• Track and benchmark IR quality across listed companies and produce periodic assessments
• Represent the company at investor days, roadshows, and capital markets events

What We Are Looking For

• 5–8 years of experience in investor relations, equity capital markets, or a related field
• Strong understanding of listed company obligations and best practice IR frameworks
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Arabic and English fluency preferred
• CFA, MBA, CFA Institute IR certificate, or equivalent is a plus
• Prior experience at an exchange, investment bank, or listed company is highly valued
