Payroll / Compensation Coordinator

Position : Payroll and Compensation Coordinator (Arabic)

Contract : 10 months (renewable)

Joining : Immediate preferred

Applicants must be locally available in Qatar with valid QID (family of freelance)

Candidate must have:

• Experience in handling salaries in a government/semi government organization.
• Experience in working with Ministry of finance.
• Mandatory legal knowledge of Civil Human Resources Law No. 15 of 2016, as amended, including the 2025 amendments.
• Accountant background
• Strong experience in payroll and compensation
• Proven experience in Qatar
• Hands-on experience in ERP systems, with full responsibility for payroll processing (system-based environment)
• Advanced Excel skills
