Learning and Skills Officer (3 Months Contract)
About the job Learning and Skills Officer (3 Months Contract)
Support the Learning & Skills Specialist across the full learning lifecycle analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation to deliver high-quality workshops and blended learning interventions that upskill employees across the group. The role also owns day-to-day programme and journey management on the corporate Learning Experience Platform and leads all administrative coordination to ensure sessions run smoothly end-to-end.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree.
- Preferably 2 to 4 years in L&D/learning operations or programme coordination, ideally within aviation or large, multisite organisations.
- Hands-on experience administering LXP programmes/journeys and managing content curation/publishing workflows is desired.
- Familiarity with ILT/vILT delivery support and learning evaluation tools.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong coordination and project management skills; meticulous attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication; confident stakeholder management.
- Data literacy: dashboards, spreadsheets, and basic analytics.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Office Suite. Outlook, Teams, SharePoint), virtual classroom tools.
