About the job Sales Coordinator

Purpose: The position handles activities from inquiry receipt, offer preparation and related documents as applicable for the said process. He/She will be in coordination with Segment Managers & his/her customers ensuring close coordination and customer satisfaction

Job Description:

  • Responsible to prepare Sales inquiry sheet (SIS), to be sent to Technical department, follow up with finance to update price list, prepare offer along with supporting documents.
  • Work closely with various departments to maintain updated price list.
  • Timely review of offers based on offer validity and update Sales managers /Tendering Head
  • Identify and propose possible improvement / changes from time to time depending upon changes happening both internal customers (Plant) and external customer (clients)
  • Identify customers buying potentials. Manage Customer Contracts
  • Regularly report the status of the bids/estimates/quotations using defined tools. Collect and analyse the reasons for quotations/tenders being lost and won.
  • Ensure the effective use of Sales tools, CRM, PCO to keep track of Opportunities and Price structure.
  • May perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Employment Contract: Direct/Full-Time
  • Must be locally available with a valid QID
  • Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Management /BE/B.Tech in Electrical
  • Must have 4-5 years of proven experience in Sales Coordination, Tendering, or Industrial background
  • Must have strong computer skills in Excel, Power Point and Word. Solid experience with CRM software
  • Must have knowledge of cable, wire industry and manufacturing processes is an advantage.
  • Must have pricing & analytical skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
