About the job Architectural Supervising Engineer
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
- UPDA certificate needed.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in architectural supervision.
- Strong experience in building construction projects (residential, commercial, or mixed-use).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic knowledge of Revit.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishes.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
- High-rise building experience.
- Fit-out and interior works supervision experience.
- Knowledge of local authority approvals and regulations.
- To oversee architectural works on site and ensure that construction is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
- Supervise architectural works at site to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
- Coordinate with civil, MEP, and structural teams to resolve design and site issues.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
- Ensure implementation of safety standards and site regulations.
- Prepare site reports, progress reports, and snag lists.
- Attend coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and clients.
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and project requirements.
