  • Bachelors Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
  • UPDA certificate needed.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in architectural supervision.
  • Strong experience in building construction projects (residential, commercial, or mixed-use).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic knowledge of Revit.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishes.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
  • High-rise building experience.
  • Fit-out and interior works supervision experience.
  • Knowledge of local authority approvals and regulations.
  • To oversee architectural works on site and ensure that construction is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. 
  • Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Supervise architectural works at site to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
  • Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.
  • Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
  • Coordinate with civil, MEP, and structural teams to resolve design and site issues.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
  • Ensure implementation of safety standards and site regulations.
  • Prepare site reports, progress reports, and snag lists.
  • Attend coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and project requirements.
