Role: Sustainability / ESG Assistant
Location: Qatar
Employment Type: Outsourced Contract (1 year, extendable)
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of ESG and sustainability frameworks
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external consultants
- Collect, manage, and analyze ESG-related data
- Assist in preparing reports, disclosures, and presentations
- Support sustainability initiatives, workshops, and internal communications
- Track KPIs and contribute to sustainability reporting
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Sustainability, or related fields
- 2–5 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, risk, or consulting (preferred)
- Freshers with strong interest and learning ability may also be considered
Key Skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good analytical and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory
