Role: Sustainability / ESG Assistant
Location: Qatar
Employment Type: Outsourced Contract (1 year, extendable)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of ESG and sustainability frameworks
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external consultants
  • Collect, manage, and analyze ESG-related data
  • Assist in preparing reports, disclosures, and presentations
  • Support sustainability initiatives, workshops, and internal communications
  • Track KPIs and contribute to sustainability reporting

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Sustainability, or related fields
  • 2–5 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, risk, or consulting (preferred)
  • Freshers with strong interest and learning ability may also be considered

Key Skills

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Good analytical and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory
