IT Manager

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar field. Master's degree or MBA is a plus.

Certificates: Preferred Certifications include: · ITIL Foundation (Expert is a plus) · PMP · CISSP or CISM · Microsoft/Cisco certifications.

Computer Literacy: · Advanced computer & technology skills.

· Proficiency in:

IT infrastructure and network management tools, ERP/PMS systems, ITSM/helpdesk platforms , MS Office.

Languages: English fluent. Arabic is a plus.

Experience · 8-12 years of experience in Information Technology.

· Minimum 3-5 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.

· Experience in real estate, property management, or multi-site environments is preferred.

· Experience overseeing ERP/PMS systems and IT support teams is a strong advantage.
