Job Objective: Oversee the planning, organization, execution, and promotion of the exhibition, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
Job Description:
- Develop detailed project plan and timeline
- Define milestones and deliverables
- Align event concept with the brand and strategy
- Act as primary contact
- Review and approve designs and proposals
- Monitor compliance with budget and quality
- Coordination with Venue Management
- Secure permits and approvals
- Ensure health, safety, and technical compliance
- Manage venue access and logistics
- Work with design/communications team
- Facilitate internal approvals
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding
- Coordinate with Communications Dept.
- Integrate media campaign into event plan
- Oversee brand alignment
- Event Execution Oversight
- Supervise setup and operations
- Ensure technical and accessibility readiness
- Monitor suppliers and troubleshoot issues
- Supervise dismantling
- Consolidate media coverage
- Prepare final closure report
- Risk management and contingency planning
- Performance metrics and feedback mechanisms
- Accessibility compliance across all event components
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience in large-scale event management
- Proficiency in Arabic and English
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience in venue coordination and media campaign management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of branding, protocol, and accessibility standards
