Job Description:

  • Act as primary contact

  • Secure permits and approvals
  • Ensure health, safety, and technical compliance
  • Manage venue access and logistics
  • Work with design/communications team
  • Facilitate internal approvals
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding
  • Coordinate with Communications Dept.
  • Integrate media campaign into event plan
  • Oversee brand alignment
  • Event Execution Oversight
  • Supervise setup and operations
  • Ensure technical and accessibility readiness
  • Monitor suppliers and troubleshoot issues
  • Supervise dismantling
  • Consolidate media coverage
  • Prepare final closure report
  • Risk management and contingency planning

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in large-scale event management
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience in venue coordination and media campaign management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of branding, protocol, and accessibility standards
