- Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years' experience in aircraft engine maintenance and powerplant systems management.
- Experience working with airlines, MRO organizations, or aviation authorities.
- Engine type course on any of the Airbus A330, Airbus A320, Airbus A320neo, Boeing 737, Boeing 777, and Boeing 787 fleet is must.
- Aircraft type course is a plus.
- Understanding of Airworthiness Directives (ADs), VSBs (Vendor Service Bulletins).
- Reliability Analysis & Root Cause Analysis / AMOS knowledge is must.
- Provides senior technical support for powerplant maintenance activities, including engine and Auxiliary Power Unit oversight, shop visit coordination, reliability monitoring, and adherence to OEM and regulatory requirements.
- Responsible for overseeing the technical management, reliability, maintenance planning, and airworthiness compliance of aircraft engines, Auxiliary Power Unit, and related powerplant systems.
- In-depth knowledge of aircraft turbine engines, Auxiliary Power Unit, and associated systems.
- Familiarity with aviation regulations such as EASA, FAA, ICAO, or GACA requirements.
- Experience with maintenance planning and reliability management systems.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in aviation maintenance and engineering software tools.
