Job Title: Marketing Analyst
Job Purpose:
To analyze the performance and trend of a market, a company department or a business process and to come up with suggestions for improvements in the targeted focus areas and provide his insights and proposed solutions to business owners who will implement the improvements at their discretion.
Key Result Area
Market Intelligence Analyses of company Portfolio linked to channel and customer, Specific geographic or category related markets and company's sales. Competitor analyses on market share, portfolio, sales and margin. Identifying opportunities to enhance market presence across assigned regions. Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies in the steel market. Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with project opportunities. Customer interactions to assess local steel market conditions and buyer behavior. Price forecast and price structure. Engage with customers to understand feedback, resolve complaints, and enhance long-term loyalty.
Report Weekly Report illustrates market trends and competitor's trends. Monthly Report illustrates market trends, competitors' trend, sales performance and justification Quarter Report illustrates market trends, competitors' trend, sales performance, Economic performance and justification. Yearly Report illustrates market trends, competitors' trend, sales performance, Economic performance and justification.
Campaign Management Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns targeted at contractors, distributors, and project consultants. Execute marketing campaigns within budget. Track engagement and campaign outcomes. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and campaign performance.
Lead Generation Support sales team with qualified leads from marketing activities. Develop brochures, product data sheets, and digital content highlighting steel rebar applications and advantages.
Brand Awareness Maintain the company's online presence, including website and social media, with rebar-specific content. Increase visibility of steel rebar products in target markets. Ensure consistent branding across channels.
Qualifications, Experience, & Skills: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or Engineering (Civil/Metallurgy preferred). 5–7 years of experience in marketing industrial or construction materials. Knowledge of steel products and construction industry is an advantage. Strong skills in analysis and market research, content creation and digital marketing. Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
