- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in the same field.
- Arabic Speaker preferred.
- Practical experience in Human Resources, attendance management, or administrative work.
- Experience in using attendance and timekeeping systems and related electronic systems; familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prepare reports and communicate professionally in both Arabic and English.
- Responsible for managing and monitoring the attendance system, ensuring the accuracy of data and reports, and coordinating with the Human Resources Department and various departments to support efficient operations.
- Review attendance records daily and ensure their accuracy.
- Review permission requests and missed fingerprint cases and enter them into the system on a daily basis.
- Enter employee work assignments in cases where the fingerprint attendance system is not used.
- Record leave and absences in the attendance system based on ERP reports issued by the Human Resources Department.
- Communicate directly with employees via email or messages to remind them to regularize absences, leave, or permission requests, while copying the direct manager on all related correspondence.
- Create employee profiles/cards and register fingerprints for new and existing employees after approval from the Human Resources Department.
- Prepare and submit detailed and summary monthly reports to the Human Resources Department in Excel, PDF, and PowerPoint formats.
- Review overtime records, verify them against the system, and enter the necessary data.
- Enter and monitor monthly schedules for caregivers and foster staff and oversee their implementation.
- Monitor the attendance system and coordinate maintenance, updates, and system enhancements.
- Transfer and monitor fingerprint attendance records for the Abu Hamour accommodation facility.
- Archive all attendance-related files and monthly reports.
- Perform any other related duties assigned by the Head of Human Resources.
