About the job National Design & Services Manager

Our client; a national construction company is currently hiring a National Design and Services Manager to assist their design team. This role will be based in Sydney HO.

The candidates must have:

  • Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management
  • 10 + years of proven experience within a building contractor (Tier 1 or Tier 2) in a Design Manager, Design Consultant or Project Manager role
  • Experience across a range of project types (commercial, education, health, data centres, industrial), and on projects exceeding $50M+
  • Proven capability in cost planning and pricing value management strategies
  • Advanced knowledge of relevant construction Legislation, codes and Regulations
  • Competent using Aconex, Bluebeam, and other construction software programs
  • Advanced user of CAD and BIM technology
