MAINTENANCE STAFF- BULACAN

Job Summary

Responsible for performing general maintenance, repairs, and routine inspections to ensure that facilities, equipment, and building structures remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair works, including masonry, painting, carpentry, tiling, and plumbing.
• Conduct basic electrical repairs and welding tasks when necessary.
• Inspect facilities and identify maintenance issues requiring repair.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize equipment and facility breakdowns.
• Repair damaged walls, floors, ceilings, doors, pipes, and other building components.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the work area.
• Properly use and maintain tools, equipment, and materials.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and report hazards or major repair concerns.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• With experience in general maintenance and repair works.
• Knowledgeable in masonry, painting, carpentry, tiling, plumbing, basic electrical works, and welding.
• Able to perform routine facility inspections and minor repairs.
• Flexible, hardworking, and safety-conscious.
• Physically fit and willing to perform various maintenance tasks.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
