Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated B2B Business Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for calling, emailing, and marketing to key decision makers at golf courses, country clubs, and driving ranges to set up appointments and schedule demonstrations with our national sales team.
This is an ONSITE position M-F 9am - 5pm at our Corporate HQ located in Jax, FL - we want someone who wants to be here, collaborate with the team, help pioneer new processes and strategies, and build an effective pipeline as we rapidly scale.
Must have some knowledge or experience with golf either personally or professionally.
Must have B2B business development experience
Must be willing to work onsite in Jax, FL - no exceptions
Responsibilities
Identify prospects based on defined metrics and establish communication via phone and email.
Utlize linkedin and other social media to climb corporate ladders and reach decision makers
Utilize Zoom Info to look up phone numbers, email addresses, and other information
Utilize Hubspot to track leads, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration and growth.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development or sales preferred
Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
Familiarity with Hubspot, Salesforce, or similar CRM software
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of golf or sports industry
