We are currently recruiting a Food Service Supervisor on behalf of our client, to oversee and coordinate food service operations, ensuring high-quality service and adherence to standards in their establishment. If you have strong leadership and hospitality skills, we'd like to introduce you to this supervisory role.

- Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week
Requirements-
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Experience an asset or equivalent experience

Tasks-
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
- Ensure food service and quality control
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays
- Establish work schedules
