Job Title: Indonesia Country Business Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Country Business Manager to lead the development and expansion of our animal health business in Indonesia. The Country Business Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and establishing a robust market presence for our products and services in the country.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets for the animal health business in Indonesia.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, distribution channels, and market segments, to expand our market share and presence in the country.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including veterinarians, distributors, government agencies, and industry associations, to enhance our brand reputation and market position.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and risks, and develop appropriate strategies and tactics to address them.

• Drive product launches, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive product adoption in the market.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and company policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with regional and global teams to align strategies, share best practices, and leverage resources to achieve business goals.

• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights into market performance, business trends, and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science, Animal Science, Business Administration, or related field. A master's degree is a plus.

• Proven track record of successful leadership and achievement in the animal health industry, with at least 10 years of experience in a senior management role.

• Strong understanding of the animal health market in Indonesia, including market dynamics, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex issues, develop innovative solutions, and drive execution to achieve business objectives.

• Results-oriented with a sense of urgency and commitment to excellence, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
