1 MAIN FUNCTIONS

- Primary responsibility is ensured that all stores are follow Company emerging market concept and secondary follow up the store's renovation and maintenance progress

- To achieve the set sales estimate

- To make sure all stores are in profitable manner

2 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

-  Overseeing the functions of eash stores

-  Hiring or firing staff of different stores

-  Formulating plan of action and ensuring that the stores works as per the rules

-  Ensure that the stores is kept clean and the merchandise is stocked correctly and in sufficient amounts

-  Ensure that the customers' are satisfied with the service

-  In times of disputes, stepping in and solving the problem

-  In times of accidents in the store, taking charge of the situation

-  Formulate ways to increase the profits of the stores

-  Oversee the performance of eash DSM

- Write reports and maintain records of the store

-  Documenting and computerizing records

4 EDUCATIONS & QUALIFICATIONS

-  A bachelor's degree in business management

- Experience in sales and marketing for several years
