Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce and a proven track record of driving online sales and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy that aligns with the overall retail business goals
  2. Identify and capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities in the online retail space
  3. Work closely with the merchandising team to ensure effective presentation and promotion of products on the online platform
  4. Implement strategies to highlight key products and promotions
  5. Implement initiatives to enhance the online customer experience, including user interface improvements, personalized recommendations, and responsive customer support
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to align online sales initiatives with marketing campaigns
  7. Coordinate with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure accurate product availability and timely fulfillment of online orders
  8. Implement inventory optimization strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocks
  9. Analyze sales data to identify trends, customer behaviors, and opportunities for improvement
  10. Implement data-driven strategies to optimize conversion rates and increase average order value
  11. Regularly assess and optimize the functionality and user experience of the online retail platform
  12. Implement A/B testing and improvements to enhance overall online sales performance
