RKEF Engineer

Job Description:

• Provide support to (HNI/RNI/ONI) RKEF Management to ensure the process is reliable, achieves the production target and quality, and meets health and safety standards.
• Find any abnormalities and work in a complementary manner with the (HNI/RNI/ONI) RKEF Management to eliminate the abnormalities
• Involve in improvement projects relating to process metallurgy improvement, ore chemistry, value improvement, and safety improvement
• Identify and recommend remedies for high-potential hazards and risks in the process. Make recommendations relevant to (HNI/RNI/ONI) RKEF Management and Safety Manager.
• Attend regular production and safety meetings and be involved in accident/incident investigations.
• Provide Process Parameter Report (table, graphs, identification of problem) regularly (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly)

Hard Skill:

• Understanding of Material Balance and Process Flow Sheet with advanced experience in RKEF Plant Operation
• Having advanced knowledge in spreadsheet calculation and data visualization
• Understanding of Process Safety Management
• Having advanced knowledge in Process Improvement and Statistical Analysis
• Having advanced knowledge in Occupational Health and Safety Management
• Good Skills in English, Bahasa, and Mandarin (Speaking and Writing preferred).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgical / Chemical Engineering

• Experience +5 Years of Working experience in similar roles in Nickel RKEF Plant Operation.
