Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research on financial performance of identified companies, industries, and macroeconomic trends.
  • Gather, consolidate, and analyze financial data, company reports, and market indicators.
  • Prepare detailed research reports and analysis.
  • Track and evaluate earnings releases, regulatory updates, and corporate actions that impact stock performance.
  • Utilize Excel extensively for financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Monitor and interpret market news, trends, and economic events to assess potential investment opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior analysts and traders to provide timely insights and research materials.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data by cross-checking sources and applying best practices.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial research, equity analysis, or investment banking (preferably in a bank or stock brokerage).
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, data analysis, pivot tables, macros, etc.).
  • Experience with Bloomberg, Reuters, FactSet, or similar financial data platforms is an advantage.
  • CFA Level 1 or higher preferred (or strong willingness to pursue).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
  • Strong writing and communication skills for producing research reports and presenting findings.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
