About the job Senior Structural Engineer
Senior Structural Engineers:
Our client is from global engineering consultant company.
These roles will involve design and documentation of building structures for large and small projects around Indonesia and abroad, and specialized engineering studies and assessments.
You will:
- Applying a deep understanding of engineering principles to devise and deliver practical and economical solutions to problems.
- Produce designs, documentation, specifications, fee proposals, reports and other documentation to meet client requirements for projects of reasonable complexity.
- Preparation of client reports accurately.
- Monitor projects for fee variations for consistency.
- Liaise with engineers and drafters to enable preparation of documentation.
- Manage design team of engineers and drafters including allocation of resources and checking work for small projects.
This role is ideally suited to someone with:
5+ years experience in Civil (Structural) Engineering.
Degree in Civil Engineering
Experience in high rise building, residential, commercial, manufacturing buildings projects
SKA license is an advantage
Strong technical ability and understanding of the engineering principals.
Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Ability to communicate in English in written and verbal clearly and tactfully.
Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Strong analytical skills to address HR challenges and make sound decisions based on best practices and compliance requirements.
Attention to Detail: High standards for accuracy in data management, documentation, and process execution.
