Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Drive sell-out performance to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain Relationships: Build and nurture strong relationships with Merchandisers (MDs) and Resellers to ensure sustained business partnerships.
  • Identify Growth Opportunities: Explore and capitalize on opportunities to expand the business in both urban and regional markets.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement actionable plans to achieve sales objectives effectively.
  • Customer Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit accurate daily sales and activity reports.
  • Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR): Conduct comprehensive QBRs to review performance, identify areas for improvement, and set future strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field.
  • Conduct comprehensive QBRs to review performance, identify areas for improvement, and set future strategies.
  • Proven experience in channel sales or a similar role.
  • Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to identify and capitalize on business growth opportunities.
  • Proficient in preparing reports and presenting business reviews.
  • Goal-oriented, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
