Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing (Jakarta)

Job Descriptions:

• Lead S&OP meetings to address challenges, drive timely decisions, and ensure seamless coordination between sales and operations.
• Oversee forecasting and planning for Indonesia and SEA+, guiding the team to maintain optimal inventory levels and distribution costs.
• Manage procurement and sourcing activities.
• Coordinate fulfillment with the customer service team for Indonesia and SEA+.
• Develop and implement supply chain planning and logistics processes, ensuring necessary controls and reporting.
• Monitor adherence to supply chain budgets and take corrective actions as needed.
• Implement best practices to drive cost efficiencies in supply chain operations.
• Ensure vendor performance aligns with SLAs and address deviations.
• Track key metrics such as OTIF, lost sales from short supply, forecast accuracy, and logistics/warehouse costs.
• Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental norms to reduce accidents and incidents.
• Drive performance through regular monitoring, reviews, and feedback.
• Develop talent within the department, providing growth opportunities and driving employee engagement and motivation.

Requirements

• English Fluent
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, or any related major.
• Minimum of 5 - 10 years in managing the same scope of responsibility.
• Based in Head Office in Jakarta Selatan
• Managing a diverse team
• Analytical skills, ability to make projections, independent work skills
• Ability to do problem-solving
• S&OP experience and planning
• Experience with forecasting and planning: supply and demand
• Procurement of raw materials and negotiation skills is a requirement.
• Working with an ERP system; S4Hana experience can be developed
