Job Overview:

Our client a fully integrated coal mining company with a focus on export markets, is looking for a Trading Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing coal sales in key international markets including Singapore, China, and Korea. This role will not involve sourcing coal but will focus exclusively on managing and expanding sales channels to the designated countries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the sales strategy for coal exports to Singapore, China, and Korea.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and trading partners in these markets.
• Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth delivery and transactions.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities and stay competitive.
• Ensure compliance with all international trade regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or related fields.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in coal trading, particularly in selling to international markets (Singapore, China, Korea).
• Strong knowledge of coal export markets, international trade laws, and regulations.
• Proven experience in managing and growing international client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages relevant to the regions are a plus.
