Position: General Manager F&A, Taxation

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven General Manager- Finance, Accounts & Tax to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our financial operations and ensuring the financial health of the company. This is a key leadership role within our organization, and the Finance Senior Manager will work closely with the executive team to drive strategic financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial & accounting operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring timely and accurate closure of the books.

· Management and Leadership of the F&A function globally

· Revenue reconciliation and reporting, working closely with Commercial, Supply Chain and internal dept.

· Forecasting cash requirements and planning for short term and long term funding requirements.

· Consolidating global accounts and working closely with Auditors for book closure, compliance and reporting requirements. Sound understanding of Indonesain GAAP requirements.

· good understanding of Banking and Treasury Management

· Transfer pricing

· Risk Management. Review of all business contracts, driving profitability for each engagement and building analytics.

· Educating internal departments on the regulatory environment of various countries

· Institute proactive reporting at location level

· Introducing technology for better controls and quicker turnaround.

· Lead the team from the front. Should be a strong peoples person

Qualifications:

CA with above 10 years of experience in core accounting and controllership

Strong understanding of financial principles and practices

Proven track record of developing and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Understanding of Garment business, manufacturing set-up, plant accounting, product costing will be a plus.

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Contract Details:

This is a full-time position based in Cileungsi, West Java, Indonesia. The General Manager will report directly to the Head of finance in the business unit and dotted line reporting to Chief Financial Officer.
