Job Description
On behalf of our client, we are on the lookout for a seasoned Curriculum Manager to oversee the creation and implementation of our Preschool/Math for Kids program. This position demands a visionary leader capable of designing engaging learning experiences, managing educational staff, and ensuring the efficient operation of our centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft a detailed curriculum framework for the Preschool/Math for Kids program, including guidelines for different learning levels and core curriculum elements.
- Design and implement educational materials such as placement assessments, course outlines, classroom activities, worksheets, and presentation decks.
- Develop and oversee the recruitment and training processes for teachers to build a skilled and enthusiastic team.
- Coordinate class schedules and manage daily operations of the learning centers to ensure an effective and smooth-running environment.
- Enhance customer satisfaction, measured through Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Student Renewal Rate, by implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and growth teams to devise and execute strategies and events to promote the program.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in education, Early Childhood Education, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in developing curricula and managing educational programs.
- Demonstrated success in creating and executing early childhood education or mathematics programs.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Capacity to collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and operational teams.
