The company is a global tractor and farm equipment brands manufacturer. Growing existing markets and scouting for new market opportunities requires unique skills. The candidates will be part of a core team whose brief is to profitably grow The Companys business in ASEAN.

The company will have dealer model and full product portfolio in Thailand to compete effectively with incumbent OEMs. Ideal candidate to have prior market and functional experience in Thailand (with Thai and English-speaking capability) and Farm equipment or related industry marketing & e-commerce experience.

Job Position: Market Development and Marketing Head Thailand, ASEAN

Office Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategize and Execute market development of the company farm solutions

(tractors, farm machinery, telematics, others)

  • Establish product-market fit in target geography in target crop applications through developing and effectively communicating product knock-out points & value proposition based on Market research, customer insights and deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive analyses.

2. Plan and Manage execution of Below the Line (BTL) activities.

  • Overall management of physical (offline) marketing activities including new product launches, road shows, product demos, trade shows, conferences, events etc working with internal teams, external stakeholders (incl. dealer, event agencies, production agencies, PR agencies, others)
  • Onboard and utilize Marketing systems like CRM, Enquiry management and Sales enablement tools like Sales analytics to support sales performance.

3. Marketing budget management

  • Effectively utilize, oversee, and track the BTL and Dealer Co-op marketing budget optimizing marketing return on investment for respective initiatives.

4. Team, Stakeholder management

  • Identify and engage with Alliance partners in related sectors with the goal of developing an Ecosystem targeting delivery of customer solutions to increase customer value delivery & engagement.
  • Work with external agencies and internal teams to develop and manage all marketing collaterals.
