Job Responsibility:

  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts by understanding their needs, expectations, and goals by conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and new client.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and develop plans to capture these opportunities through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop the annual account business plans in line with company brand and sales objectives to drive sustainable achievement of company annual and monthly gross sales and net sales targets.
  • Prepares, sell and negotiates the client account plans and be proactive to ensure the achievement of all sales and accounts objectives
  • Analyze sales performance for each client and determine business growth potential
  • Achieve the agreed level of account contact with the client hierarchy to elevate the status of a positive client relationship versus our primary competitors.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and growth potential.
