Job Description:
They are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join their team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compensation and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies and policies in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
3. Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
4. Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
5. Oversee employee relations and provide guidance and support to managers and employees.
6. Develop and implement performance management processes to ensure employee growth and development.
7. Plan and coordinate training and development programs for employees at all levels.
8. Manage the company's compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and benefits packages.
9. Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to senior management.
10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
3. Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
6. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
7. Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
8. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
9. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
