Warehouse Leader (Finished Goods) - Central Java

Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Leader (Based in Batang, Central Java) to oversee our finished goods warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of the warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff in daily operations.
• Receive, store, and distribute finished goods according to company procedures.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to schedule deliveries and manage inventory levels.
• Implement and enforce safety and security protocols to safeguard warehouse operations.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff on operational procedures and best practices.
• Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, such as inventory accuracy and order fulfillment.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to inventory, shipments, or warehouse operations promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to facilitate efficient operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Leader or similar role, preferably in the finished goods sector.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
