Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Network Specialist. As an IT Support Network Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the network infrastructure and ensuring seamless connectivity across all departments. You will also provide technical support to resolve network issues, troubleshoot hardware and software problems, and optimize the network performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Has 5 10 years of experience working as a Network Specialist or in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of networking protocols and technologies.
• Hands-on experience with network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.) and network management tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
