Responsibilities:

To lead and manage electrical engineering projects from concepts to completion.

Oversee the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and components.

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Mentor and develop junior engineers

Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.

Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers.

Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.

Ensure all materials and components meet specifications

Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to senior management.

Identify and mitigate project risks.

Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.

Prepare and manage project budgets.

Ensure proper documentation of all engineering activities.
