Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a seasoned and strategic Head of Marketing to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand visibility, enhancing market positioning, and leading the marketing team to achieve strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on brand positioning, customer engagement, and market differentiation.
  • Drive brand equity and strengthen market presence, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across all channels.
  • Oversee all communications efforts, with an emphasis on social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok), and maintain a cohesive brand voice and identity. Ensure alignment with overarching brand goals, fostering engagement and connection with the target audience.
  • Lead the digital marketing strategy, including paid social, email marketing, and online advertising. Work closely with digital marketing teams to optimize campaigns and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign processes, from ideation through execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-impact campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Streamline and optimize marketing department workflows, introducing best practices and efficient processes to improve productivity and communication.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team, promoting growth, collaboration, and accountability. Ensure alignment with strategic goals and high standards of performance.
  • Support the management of external relationships with key partners, influencers, and media to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
  • Leverage data and insights from campaigns and market research to inform decision-making, optimize strategies, and measure success.
  • Contribute to the development of strategies that support the companys long-term growth and future brand expansion initiatives.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 7-10 years of marketing experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role. 
  • Previous experience in lifestyle, retail, or consumer goods is preferred.
  • Proven experience in developing and positioning brands within competitive markets, particularly in premium or lifestyle sectors.
  • Strong background in developing and executing social media strategies on platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, with a deep understanding of digital engagement.
  • Expertise in paid social, email marketing, and online advertising, with a data-driven approach to campaign measurement and optimization.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns, balancing both digital and offline marketing efforts.
  • Strong organizational and process optimization skills with a track record of enhancing team performance.
  • Firm leadership with the ability to inspire and guide a team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, evaluate performance, and drive informed marketing decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment and contribute to long-term strategic goals for brand growth
