Reports to: Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Work and behave as per company HSE regulations
• Develop certification-related documentation
• Ensuring all the requirements of certification are fulfilled timely manner
• Act as document control (creating, reviewing, and controlling the document) and internal auditor of QMS
• implementation
• Issue product certificate of analysis
• Day-to-day process analysis including data analysis
• Perform corrective action plan
• Liaise across departments related to QMS and product quality KPI
• Liaise with external parties (e.g., Auditor, customer).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in chemical/industrial engineering.
• English Conversational proficiency.
• 2 years, particularly in Plastic PVC and fittings.
• Based in Batang, Central Java.

Skills Required

• Knowledge/Experience: 2 years of experience in a QMS role and 2 years in QA field (Plastic Piping Industry)
• Experienced in six-sigma (Green Belt Certified is a plus)
• Deep knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
• Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance
• Experienced as document control and Internal Auditor
• Have good communication and presentation skills
• Detail oriented
• Have strong analysis skill
• Able to perform statistical data analysis
• Able to operate MS. Visio, MS Excel, MS. Word, MS PowerPoint
