Job Title: Penanggung Jawab Operasional (PJO)

Location: Kutai Barat, East Kalimantan

Working Arrangement, Roster 8-2 ( 6 Days Working, 1 Day Off per Week) 

Job Description:

• Lead and oversee the day-to-day operational activities at the site, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
• Coordinate with all different departments to ensure operational processes align with project goals and deadlines.
• Manage and monitor operational staff performance, providing support and feedback to enhance productivity and safety.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and health & safety standards at the job site.
• Report on Operational manager in Surabaya and project progress to upper management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues or challenges as they arise.
• Implement and maintain operational procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience of at least 2 years in operations management in mining is a must, hauling service is preferable
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in the mining or construction industry.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
• Willingness to be based in or frequently travel to Kutai Barat, East Kalimantan.
• Holds minimum POM certificate
